    In France, I find the best quality and value from Carrefour. Their own “discount” brand is fine and super for making macarons. Just goes to show you don’t need to go for the posh stuff. It works just as well.

    Where do you buy your favourite brand of ground almonds (almond flour)? I hear that BobsRedMill is good in the USA, as is Costco, Honeyvillegrain and Kroger – but I’d like to hear from you.
