All recipes are deliciously easy and accessible to make at home. Most are French, inspired by many of my favourite chefs – and above all, REDUCED in SUGAR. Like macarons, many recipes are gluten-free.

If you’re looking for my macaron recipes, you’ll find them in my first book, Mad About Macarons. My latest book, Teatime in Paris also includes macarons PLUS  step-by-step recipes for financiers, ice creams, éclairs, tarts, millefeuilles and much more (cakes’ history and my favourite Parisian patisseries). As you can appreciate, Waverley Books prefer that you buy the books so that’s why you won’t find them here.
