For the lazy gourmet: all recipes are deliciously easy and accessible to make at home. Most of them are French and above all, they’re reduced in sugar. Like macarons, many recipes are gluten-free and some recipes, such as desserts and starters, are designed to be served with your macarons – and now little cakes – from the books.

If you’re looking for my macaron recipes, you’ll find them in Mad About Macarons and Teatime in Paris. The latest book also includes step-by-step recipes for éclairs, tarts, millefeuilles and more. As you can appreciate, Waverley Books prefer these recipes are not shared online – instead I’ve collected more of my favourite recipes here, so help yourself and feel free to share them…
